Atrium #1, the debut title from Comix Asylum Publishing, recently completed a successful Kickstarter campaign. With the book fully funded printing and fulfillment begins with shipping to commence in November.
“We’re really happy with how the Kickstarter went,” said Vaughn Joseph, co-publisher for Comix Asylum. “It was our first time getting into the crowdfunding space and we were thrilled at how well our backers supported us. The next step is getting the issue printed and shipped. It’s a huge task but the team is ready for the challenge.”
Issue #1 will feature two variants to go along with the main cover by artist Lucas Filappi and colourist Nikos Koutsis. Cover B will feature Marvin Mariano’s colours on Lucas Filappi’s line art and Cover C will be a special spot coating variant of Cover A.
Even though the Kickstarter is over, it’s not too late pick up a copy of Atrium #1. PledgeManager will take over where Kickstarter left off and copies can be ordered through them.
